1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GRM Wealth platform, website, or mobile application, you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Services Provided
GRM Wealth is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor and operates as a financial services platform offering investment facilitation in Mutual Funds, Bonds, NCDs, MLDs, AIFs, and PMS. We do not provide guaranteed returns or act as a portfolio manager unless specifically registered for PMS services.
3. Eligibility
You must be an Indian resident of 18 years or above with a valid PAN card and KYC compliance. NRI investments are subject to FEMA regulations and additional documentation requirements.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate KYC information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access. You shall not misuse the platform for money laundering or any activity prohibited under PMLA or FEMA guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on grmwealth.com — including logos, text, calculators, and design — is the intellectual property of GRM Wealth Pvt. Ltd. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
GRM Wealth is not liable for investment losses arising from market conditions, fund performance, or user decisions. Our maximum liability in any claim shall be limited to fees collected from you in the preceding 3 months.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
